Major Update: This year, the MBBS and BDS Admission Tests will be held together. There will be a single exam for both courses.

Medical Admit Card 2025
The Admit Card is your most important document. You cannot enter the exam center without it. The DGME releases the admit card 5 to 7 days before the main exam. You must download it on time.

How to Download the Medical Admit Card?
Sometimes, students face problems downloading the Admit Card. The server can get very busy. However, the process is easy. You only need your User ID and Password. You received these via SMS when you applied.
Follow this simple step-by-step guide:
- Visit the Website: Go to the official admission website: dgme.teletalk.com.bd.
- Select the Exam: Click on the link that says “MBBS/BDS Admission 2025-2026”.
- Login: A login box will appear. Type your User ID and Password correctly.
- Submit: Press the “Submit” button.
- Download: Look at your dashboard. You will see your photo and signature. Click on the “Download Admit Card” button.
- Print: Save the PDF file. Then, print it out.
Important: You must take a Color Print. Do not use a black-and-white copy. It is usually not accepted.
Recover User ID and Password
Did you lose your User ID or Password? Do not panic. You can get it back easily.
- Go to the same website.
- Click on “Recover User ID” or “Recover Password” in the menu.
- Enter your Name, Father’s Name, and Mobile Number.
- The system will give you the details again.
Medical Admission Test Date
The DGME has fixed the final date and time. The exam happens at the same time all over the country for both MBBS and BDS courses.

Negative Marking
Be careful when you answer. The medical admission test has negative marking.
- For every wrong answer: 0.25 marks are cut.
- Example: If you get 4 answers wrong, 1 mark is deducted from your total score.
Pass Mark
The minimum pass mark is 40. If you get less than 40, you are “Failed.” You cannot apply to any government or private medical college if you fail.
Seat Plan
The DGME does not give a separate list for the seat plan anymore. Your seat details are printed on your Medical Admit Card 2025.

- Center Name: The main institute (Example: Dhaka Medical College).
- Venue: The specific building.
- Room Number: The room where you sit.
Tip: If your center is in a busy city like Dhaka, check the location on Google Maps. Try to visit the place one day before the exam. This helps you estimate traffic time.
Instruction
The admit card contains 8 specific instructions for candidates. You must follow these strictly.
What to Bring (Do’s)
- Admit Card: You must bring the Color Printed Admit Card.
- Registration Card: Bring your original Admit Card or Registration Card of HSC/Equivalent exam.
- Pen: Use only Black ink ballpoint transparent pens so the refill is visible.
- Transparent File: You can carry your pen and documents in a clear and transparent file/bag.
What NOT to Bring (Don’ts)
- Electronic Devices: Carrying a mobile phone, calculator, watch, or any electronic device is strictly prohibited in the exam center.
- Stationery: Pencil, pencil box, eraser, or sharpener are not allowed.
Strict Exam Hall Rules
- Entry Time: Candidates will enter the center at 8:00 AM.
- Gate Closing: The main gate will be closed sharp at 9:30 AM.
- Dress Code: Candidates must keep both ears open. The invigilator may ask you to uncover your face for identification.
- Discipline: If any candidate adopts unfair means, they will be punished by law, and their answer sheet will be cancelled. You must follow the decisions of the hall super/invigilator.
